Parcko started with a simple observation: parking in central London has some of the most consistent yield characteristics of any urban real estate, yet almost no individual investor has access. We built the platform that fixes that.
For decades, parking inventory in zones 1 and 2 has been held by a small number of operators, REITs, and institutional landlords. The economics are well known to them: occupancy hovers above 90%, rents track inflation, and management overhead is light if you have scale. What was missing was a vehicle that let an individual buy in at the spot level rather than the building level.
Parcko is that vehicle. We acquire leasehold rights on premium parking sites, break them up into per-spot leases, and offer them to qualified owners. We handle subletting, payment collection, maintenance, and tenant disputes. You hold the lease and receive net rental income on the schedule you choose.
We don't want to sell you a financial product. We want to sell you a piece of London infrastructure that quietly pays you while you do something else with your day.
