Submit a request to join

When you find a spot or package you like, click "Request to Join". You pick your payout cadence (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, or Annual) and can leave a note for our team. Your request is held until we review it — no money or commitment at this stage.

Verification and lease creation

Our team will get in touch within one working day to walk you through KYC, share the lease agreement, and confirm payment instructions. After your wire transfer clears, we issue the lease, mark the spot leased, and your name goes on the leasehold deed.

Recurring payouts

Parcko sublets your spot to long-term tenants — corporate fleets, hotels, private renters. We track every booking. At the end of each payout period we deduct the management fee and wire the net income to your registered bank account.
