What we collect

When you sign up to Parcko we collect your name, email, phone number, and KYC documents required to issue a parking leasehold. When you submit a request to join, we record the spot or package you're interested in and your chosen payout cadence.

How we use it

To process your account, verify your identity for the purposes of AML and property transfer, manage your lease, send payout statements, and contact you about your portfolio. We never sell or rent your data.

Who we share with

Limited service providers we depend on: our identity verification partner, our banking partner for wire transfers, our cloud database (Supabase), and our analytics provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion subject to our regulatory record-keeping obligations. Contact [email protected].
